Under-Eye Light Filler

The presence of hollows, wrinkles, and dark circles around the eyes can make a person look tired, sad, and aged. These issues arise due to the loss of volume and downward displacement of the fat pads located under the eyes. Filler applications in this area increase volume, addressing the hollows, dark circles, and wrinkles, resulting in a younger, healthier, and more attractive facial expression.

The following issues can be corrected with under-eye light filler:

Hollows under the eyes
Dark circles under the eyes (in suitable patients)
Brown rings under the eyes (in suitable patients)
Wrinkles under the eyes
Tired, sad, and aged facial expression
For under-eye fillers, high-fluidity hyaluronic acid fillers should be used. Since hyaluronic acid is a substance found in our bodies, it can be safely applied. Fillers containing hyaluronic acid are prepared in a laboratory environment, making them sterile, with no risk of infection. The chance of causing an allergic reaction is low. Fillers other than hyaluronic acid for under-eye use are not reliable due to their higher risk of complications.

The filler application is a procedure that takes approximately 20 minutes, and one can return to daily life immediately afterward.
When applying under-eye light filler, if a cannula, which is a non-pointed (closed-tip) specialized needle, is used for the filler injection, the risk of bleeding and bruising is very low. Despite all precautions, any bruising that may develop will naturally heal within a week.
The under-eye filler lasts approximately 1 year. It has been observed that the duration of the filler increases in those who regularly get under-eye fillers.
