Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emin ÖZLÜ received his medical degree in 2009 after starting his medical education at Selçuk University, Selçuklu Faculty of Medicine in 2003. He began his specialization in Dermatology and Venereal Diseases in 2010 and completed it in 2014 at Istanbul Medeniyet University, Göztepe Training and Research Hospital. He then began his service as a Dermatology Specialist at Kayseri Training and Research Hospital.
In 2014, he passed the proficiency exam organized by the Turkish Dermatology Association and earned his Dermatology and Venereal Diseases Proficiency Certificate. In 2017, he began his tenure as a Doctoral Faculty Member at Düzce University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases and was appointed as the Head of the Department. He received the title of Associate Professor in 2018. In the same year, he served at Berlin Charite University Medical Faculty's Dermatology and Allergology Clinic. He currently serves as the Head of the Department of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases at Düzce University Faculty of Medicine.
He specializes in cosmetic dermatology, focusing on hair loss, pigmentation treatment, mesotherapy, PRP applications, botulinum toxin applications, filler treatments, non-surgical facelift with threads, lipolysis, laser treatments, and facial and skin rejuvenation. His interests in dermatology include psoriasis, acne, and urticaria, and he offers diagnostic and treatment services for all skin diseases. He is fluent in English. He is a member of the Turkish Dermatology Association, the Dermatology and Venereal Diseases Association, and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. He has over 50 international publications, more than 10 national papers, and numerous presentations both domestically and internationally. He has served as an invited speaker at many domestic seminars, congresses, and symposiums.
